Our Amenities
We are a small and friendly RV community near the beach. We offer both month-to-month and short-term rental spaces. A short walk to the beach, just a couple of blocks away. Three restaurants within walking distance too!
Internet is available in the area but not provided by the park. Astound Broadband (powered by Wave) is available and used by many of our residents.
Our Location
We have a few short-term rental spaces. All other spaces are long-term (monthly), and the space rates will vary due to location and size. Rates start at $900 per month for smaller spaces. Some spaces have tenant-pay-electric, and some spaces will have the electric fee included in the rate.
Applications and Requirements
We accept 2000 and newer RVs that must be registered in tenant's name. We do not accept live-in motorhomes or modified buses. A background check is required for month-to-month spaces.
